- Prices are based on up to 8 people in Le Cottage and 5 in Euphony Gite. Additional people = €30 per person per week.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable with Booking Form; the balance payment being due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- Arrivals from 4pm; departures by 10am. There may be flexibility if arranged prior to arrival.
- Gas and Water included. Electricity metered and 50% usage payable prior to departure; except in July & August.
- On departure guests can choose to leave the accommodations clean and tidy and strip beds, or pay the €50 cleaning charge if preferred.
- Linen and towels included (bring own beach towels).
- Cots and high-chairs provided; please mention with booking enquiry.
- Payments accepted in Euros and £’s Sterling (cheques and electronic transfers) and $US Electronic Transfers only (there may be a $20 surcharge for this to cover our costs). Cost in UK Pounds and $US based on exchange-rate on the day of booking.
- Free Wifi access available (limited download capacity).

- Single-occupant €40 per night.
- Please note: There is a supplement for one-night stays of €10 for 2 people and €5 for one person.

| Special Christmas / New Year Package: |

| A 4 night stay in either Le Cottage or Euphony Gite (self-catering) for up to 10 people (min. 4 people) including a full English Traditional Christmas Day Dinner (or New Year's Day) with aperitifs, 4 courses, wines, beers, soft-drinks, coffee & mints, gifts etc., and traditional dinner on Boxing Day (26th) (or New Year's Eve). |
- €195 per person (€160 for 13 year olds and under).
- Possibility of extending to 7 days for an additional €100 for the group.

In addition, should you wish to use Brittany Ferries (Poole or Portsmouth to Caen or Cherbourg), when you have confirmed your booking with us, we can let you have a code to enable you to claim a 20% discount on your crossing.
