Prices & Booking Information

All prices are per week, Saturday to Saturday.
Arrivals are from16.00 and departures by 10.00. (but there is flexibility providing you let us know in advance).Weekend or mid-week bookings available during off-peak-season months (Sept-May).

An electric-meter is installed in both self-catering accommodations and the reading will be taken soon after your arrival and then again before departure. A bill will be calculated, including tax, and will be deducted from your security deposit.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking - the balance being payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. It would be advisable to take out comprehensive travel insurance which includes cancellation cover.

In addition a £100 (or 100 Euros) security deposit per property is payable with the balance payment also. This will be refunded by post, soon after your departure, minus the electricity cost and any charge for breakages/damage and/or a fee for any accommodation not left in a clean and tidy condition.

All accommodation features British Satellite TV, Video / DVD player; Hi-Fi rad/cass/cd. Videos and DVD's are available from Ron & Bunty.

We operate a non-smoking policy in all accommodations. Well-behaved pets welcome.

Payment accepted in £ Sterling and Euro cheques/cash/E-transfer or $US by electronic transfer only. No Credit Card payments accepted.

'Prices based on 8 people in Le Cottage and 5 people in Euphony Gite. Additional persons (up to 2 per accommodation) incur a supplement of €30 per person per week'.

Christmas Special:

4 nights in the Cottage (fully heated) for up to 8 people with a Full Traditional Christmas Dinner on Christmas Day and dinner on Boxing Day served in the main farmhouse, with aperitifs', wine etc. Please e-mail for further details.

Additionally, our guests are welcome to request details of a discount ferry operator. Let Ron & Bunty know which route you intend taking and we'll let you have contact details for a quote.
