Prices listed are per week (Sat – Sat) but shorter periods are welcomed outside of July & August.

• Prices are based on up to 8 people in Le Cottage and 5 in Euphony Gite. Additional people =  €30 p.p./p.w.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable with Booking Form; the balance payment being due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
• Arrivals from 4pm; departures by 10am. There may be flexibility if arranged prior to arrival.
• Gas and Water included. Electricity metered and 50% usage payable prior to departure; except in July & August.
• A 100 Pounds/Euros security deposit is payable on arrival. Damages must be reported (no deductions for smaller items). This will be returned to you by post soon after departure excluding any costs for damages etc.
• All accommodations must be left clean and tidy. A €50 cleaning charge will be made, deducted from security deposit, for accommodations not left in reasonable condition.
• Bed linen and towels included (bring own beach towels).
• Cots and high-chairs provided; please mention with booking enquiry.
• Payments accepted in Euros and £’s Sterling (cheques and electronic transfers) and $US Electronic Transfers only (there may be a $20 surcharge for this to cover our costs). Cost in UK Pounds and $US based on exchange-rate on the day of booking.
• Free Wi-fi access available (limited download capacity)

 

Bed & Breakfast Rooms:

 

• €55 per room per night for 2 people sharing; includes continental-plus breakfast.
• Single-occupancy =  €37.50.

 

Optional Evening Meals:

 

• 4 courses -  €20 per adult / €14 for 13 year olds and under.
• 2 courses -  €15 per adult / €10 for 13 year olds and under.
• (Please advise of any dietary requirements or dislikes).

 

Special Christmas / New Year Package:

 

A 4 night stay in either Le Cottage or Euphony Gite (self-catering) for up to 8 people including a full English Traditional Christmas Day Dinner (or New Year’s Day)  with aperitifs, 4 courses, wines, beers, soft-drinks, coffee & mints, gifts etc., and traditional dinner on Boxing Day (26^th) (or New Year’s Eve).

• €175 per person (€140 for 13 year olds and under).
• Possibility of extending to 7 days for an additional €100 for the group.
